1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AiSmartClass, a multi-tenant learning management platform providing both private tuition and public learning environments. By accessing or using AiSmartClass, you agree to these Terms.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities

• Super Admin: Manages the overall AiSmartClass platform, onboards tuition institutes, and ensures compliance with platform policies.
• Tuition Admin: Manages their tuition system, student enrollment, teacher assignments, and institute-specific content.
• Student: Maintains account confidentiality, follows institute rules, and respects intellectual property rights.

3. Account Registration & Global Identity

• Single Account: One global account per user, based on mobile number, used across all tenants.
• Data Isolation: Academic data and institute-specific information remain isolated and confidential.

4. No-Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All infrastructure and platform costs are billed externally. No refunds for any payments made for infrastructure or AiSmartClass platform access.
• Review Charges: Please review all charges carefully before making payments.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All lectures, notes, and educational content uploaded by teachers or institutes remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective creators.
• Prohibited Use: Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Notifications

• Service Notifications: By using AiSmartClass, you consent to receive SMS and WhatsApp notifications related to your account, academic progress, and platform updates. These are an integral part of the service.

7. Security & Acceptable Use

• Security Features: Do not attempt to bypass security features, including dynamic watermarking and signed video links.
• Enforcement: Any misuse or unauthorized access will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.

8. Modifications to Terms

AiSmartClass reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
